Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a compilation of long relaxing strokes with gentle pressure working the layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses slow, forceful strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This type of massage targets muscle damage from injuries.
